A Picture-Perfect Location – Say "I do" on the scenic lakefront lawn, then transition to an elegant reception in our beautifully restored 200 year old barn, with outdoor cocktail spaces offering breathtaking mountain views.
Wedding Barn Venue - We include tables, chairs, table linens, napkins, place settings, stemware, uplighting, white drapes and more. We will setup/breakdown. Just bring your decor!
Day-of-Event Coordinator – Proud to include our very own day-of-coordinator as part of the package (one less this to think about, leave the thinking to us!) This includes timeline, table layout, and a designated contact all weekend.
Rehearsal Dinner and/or Welcome Party - A rehearsal dinner your way by MANE Catering and Event Services. Then did someone say Welcome Drinks? Enjoy local craft beers and kick off your celebration in style (and don’t forget the wing bar!) Dine by the lakeside and enjoy the fire pit with your friends and family during the welcome party.
Bar Services - Yes, we do that too! Enjoy a local craft beer and wine offerings among thoughtfully created cocktails by our bartending crew.
Wedding Reception Dinner - Enjoy an unforgettable 3-Course Dinner by M.A.N.E. Catering. Food is Love and we want your cuisine to reflect just that.
Farewell Brunch - Gather with your family and friends for a memorable send-off over our signature brunch and a mimosa toast to your beautiful future.
Exclusive Experience – With private access to the entire 26-acre property, you and your guests will enjoy a private and intimate wedding weekend. Enjoy our private beach complete with kayaks, canoes, paddle boards in the beautiful Bear Lake. Then pop into the hot tub and gaze at the stars.

How many guests can Bear Mountain Inn + Barn accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 250 guests. If your guest count exceeds 150, a tent rental is required for dinner. Dancing can take place either under the tent or inside the barn. For guest counts of 150 or fewer, both dinner and dancing can be comfortably hosted in the barn.
Do we have exclusive use of the venue?
Yes. When you book the Diamond Wedding Package, you’ll have access to the entire 26-acre estate, ensuring an exclusive and private event.
