Picture-Perfect Locations – Say "I do" on the stone patio over-looking the lake or closer to the lakefront by the tall pine trees that Maine is known for. Then transition to our outdoor cocktail spaces offering breathtaking mountain views followed by an elegant reception in our beautifully restored 200-year old barn or opt for a tented reception on the lawn.
Rentals Included - We offer tables, chairs, table linens, napkins, place settings, stemware, uplighting, white drapes and more.
Day-of-Event Coordinator and Venue Support – Proud to offer our very own day-of-coordinator. Services include setup/breakdown, timeline, table layout, vendor coordination and a designated contact all weekend.
Rehearsal Dinner and/or Welcome Party - A rehearsal dinner your way by our sister company MANE Catering and Event Services. Then did someone say Welcome Drinks? Enjoy local craft beers and kick off your celebration in style (and don’t forget the wing bar!) Dine by the lakeside and enjoy the fire pit with your friends and family during the welcome party.
Bar Services - Yes, we do that too! Enjoy a local craft beer and wine offerings among thoughtfully created cocktails by our bartending crew.
Wedding Reception Dinner - Enjoy an unforgettable Reception Dinner your way by MANE Catering and Event Services. Food is Love and your cuisine should reflect just that.
Exclusive Experience – With private lakeside access to the entire 26-acre property, you and your guests will enjoy an intimate wedding weekend. Enjoy our private beach complete with kayaks, canoes, paddle boards in the beautiful, pristine, Bear Pond. Then pop into the hot tub and gaze at the stars that go on for what seems like forever!

How many guests can Bear Mountain Inn + Barn accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 250 guests. If your guest count exceeds 150, a tent rental is required for dinner. Dancing can take place either under the tent or inside the barn. For guest counts of 150 or fewer, both dinner and dancing can be comfortably hosted in the barn.
Do we have exclusive use of the venue?
Yes. When you book the Diamond Wedding Package, you’ll have access to the entire 26-acre estate, ensuring an exclusive and private event.
