Cocktail Hour
Queue the drinks! At Bear Mountain Inn + Barn our receptions kick off with stellar cocktails and/or mocktails, if you prefer! Our newly renovated bar area as well as the beautiful outdoor patio area adjacent to the barn set the stage for the memorable night ahead.
Dinner
If you’re planning a sit down dinner reception with 150 guests or less, dinner inside the barn is an enchanting and popular option. Just imagine looking up at the beautiful chandeliers hanging above and the natural light filtering in from outside. For our couples with a guest count higher than 150, we can recommend great rental companies that can provide you with a gorgeous tent for the occasion. Like the picture here, your tent is set up directly next to the barn to keep everything close together. Dinner in the barn or under a tent will sure to delight your guests!
Dancing
With the sun setting over the western side of the property, beautiful golden light will be shining onto your dance floor early in the evening on those perfect summer nights. Our barn at Bear Mountain Inn + Barn is the perfect place to kick off the party with plenty of room for a DJ or a band! We are so proud of the love and laughter that has been shared in this space and we can’t wait for you to experience the magic that happens within these walls!

While our venue can accommodate 250 people with a tented wedding, 125 people can be seated inside for a barn reception.

Yes! And we’d argue that we are one of the best caterers in the state of Maine. MANE Catering is our other business and we can provide you with quite a beautiful menu catered entirely to you.
