Bear Mountain Inn Policies

• Check-In 3:00-8:00 PM Check-Ins after 8:00PM or before 3 PM must make arrangements with Innkeeper.
  
• Check-Out 10:00 AM
  
• All Rooms are based on double occupancy except Family Cub Den I & II which has a four person occupancy.
  
• Bear Mountain Inn does not allow more people in a room than our occupancy license allows for. If a guest brings an extra person (without innkeeper’s knowledge/approval)...they will be required to rent another room or pay an additional charge of $100 per person per night.
  
• All Rooms Subject to State Lodging Tax 7%
  
• Two Night Reservation Appreciated on All Weekends
  
• One Night Deposit Required When Making a Reservation
  
• We do appreciate how the unexpected may come up.  However, should your plans change after your reservation is confirmed and you notify us 30 days or more before your arrival, we shall cancel your current reservation and be happy to apply your deposit, good for 12 months, to your next visit with us. 
• There will no refund on cancellations during any Special Event Weekends (i.e. Weddings, Camp Parent's Weekend, etc)
•  If the cancellation is made with fewer than 30 days notice, we regret to note the deposit is forfeited and you would be responsible for the entire bill.  Because the season is so short, our facilities so limited and our reservation deposit so modest, we trust this guideline is appropriate.
  
• Guests arriving later than or leaving earlier than their reservation will be charged the full number of days that they reserved.
  
• No Shows or Cancellation with less than a 30 days notice will be charged the full length of the reservation.
  
• Children under 10 years old must be supervised at all times.
  
• Smoke Free Inn - Smoking allowed on decks and porches
  
• Would you like to bring your Dog or Cat? Play with your pet during the day and board at night. Kennel heated with indoor and outdoor runs. Exercised daily. Call Marty at PAWS-A-WHILE KENNEL for reservation at 207-583-2612. Located 2 miles from Bear Mountain Inn
• Sugar Bear Cottage, Bear Paw Suite & Post & Beam Home are Pet-Friendly - $20 Extra Per Day for your pet. Please do not leave your Pet alone in the Cottage, Suite or Post & Beam Home.
