Bear Mountain Inn
is grateful to have such a wonderful massage therapist as Mark Babbitt. Mark
will come to the Inn by appointment and set up his table for
your own personal massage. You just need to tell him what kind
of massage you want.
Mark Babbitt
is a graduate of The Polarity Realization Institute, now
Spa-Tech Institute, in South Portland where for the last three
years he has been a member of the faculty. As a Certified
Massage Instructor he taught Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue
Massage and also more advanced classes including Myofascial
Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Positional Release and Neuromuscular
Therapy.

Everyone Loves a massage after a hard day of work
This year Mark
has taken a sabbatical from teaching to devote more time to his
demanding practice and to continue studies with the Upledger
Institute where he has completed work in Crania Sacral Therapy
and studies in Acupressure Therapy.
Mark maintains
two offices and splits his time between both locations. His
studio on Maple Ridge Road in Harrison is his primary site. Marks second office is located in the middle of The Old Port
in Portland at
386 Fore Street. He also enjoys performing on site
chair massages at several organizations and businesses.

Bear Mountain Guests can customize
their session using
one or all or any combination of the different massage
techniques listed below. Each session lasts 1 hr. and 15 minutes
for $70. Half hour sessions are available for $40.

Craniofacial Therapy
To accommodate
Bear Mountain Guests schedules, Mark offers evening and weekend
appointments in addition to daily appointments. On site
appointments are also available when scheduling permits. Tell
the Innkeeper to set up an appointment for you or
call Mark
direct at 207-583-4263 for fees and appointments.
It is
recommended that you make appointments in advance of coming to the
Bear Mountain Inn.
